Captioning
Pre Cablecast 7.6.6 Live transcription requires a TCP web socket connection to: `transcribestreaming.us-east-1.amazonaws.com:8443`. That is host `transcribestreaming.us-east-1.amazonaws.com` on port 8443.
Network Administrators should make sure that antivirus software on the video servers do not block this outgoing connection. Further any internet firewalls or security appliances outside the video server, also must not block this outgoing connection.
After Cablecast 7.6.6 we use an http connection to the transcribestreaming.us-east-1.amazonaws.com address.
